If there is no other date format option or cannot change date format to your favourite in windows 10 setting, follow me 😎
use the search near start button, type control panel, enter
Clock, Language and Region > Region (yes, not data and time, is Region) > Additional settings under format tab > date tab
Now, you can customize your favourite date formats like M/d/yyyy or d/M/yyyy by direct typing input.
If you still cannot change date format, there is other success case by selecting other format (mostly between english us and english uk), reboot and repeat the step above and you can change back to your own format.
